*Maintains an expert knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations (federal, state and other relevant jurisdictions) applicable to intellectual property and commercialization transactions. *Manages or serves as a key legal advisor for legal issues relating to intellectual property and commercialization activities, including intellectual property protection and commercialization strategies. *Oversees drafting and negotiation of intellectual property and technology transaction agreements, including licenses (in-licenses and out-licenses), software and SaaS agreements, manufacturing agreements, research and clinical trial agreements, material transfer agreements and other agreements implicating intellectual property. $106.96 – $178.27 per hour
